​"Thank you for this magnificent initiative. Following this month of October, my wish is for the message put out by this campaign to go out and be heard over and over ... too many women are unaware of this disease. With this campaign, they are realising that cancer is a deadly disease…but not an incurable one. There are treatments which can cure it permanently but in order for that to happen, the screening process has to take place in good time.
