Self-examination is easy, fast and painless and can be practised by each and every one of you. You need to know the correct steps to follow. Simple steps which can save your life and help detect an anomaly occurring in the breast. But please remain vigilant: self-examination MUST NOT replace your annual check-up at the doctor’s.
